Returns & Refunds

At MimiGoods™, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window.

The 30-Day Window

The 30-day eligibility period begins the day your parcel is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We use the official tracking number provided at the time of shipment to verify this date.

Unclaimed Parcels & Failed Delivery

Please stay updated on your tracking information. MimiGoods™ does not offer refunds for parcels that are not collected by the customer from local carriers or post offices. > Important Note: Because international parcels are not typically returnable by local carriers or post offices, they are often destroyed if left unclaimed. Since the product cannot be recovered, we cannot issue a refund in these situations.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@mimigoods.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through the process based on the reason for your return:

1. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrived damaged or is malfunctioning:

  • Verification: Please include a short video clearly demonstrating the malfunction or damage in your email.
  • Resolution: Once the defect is confirmed by our team, MimiGoods™ will cover all return shipping costs and provide instructions for your replacement or refund.

2. Change of Mind

If the product is fully functional but you have decided it isn't the right fit for you:

  • Condition: The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged state, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Shipping: For "change of mind" returns, the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

The Refund Process

  • Warehouse Inspection: All refunds are processed only after our warehouse receives and inspects the item. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item or its packaging does not meet the "original condition" criteria.
  • Approval: Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Timeline: Please allow 10 to 20 business days for the funds to appear in your account. This timeframe is dependent on your card issuer or bank and is beyond our control.
